During this difficult time, we have to make changes to our working practices to help keep both our guests and indeed ourselves safe. Details of what we are doing can be found below. We have also added a clause to our terms and conditions relating to what happens when a guest displays Covid-19 symptom.
Additional Practices at Greenlands
During this uncertain time, the safety, confidence and comfort of our guests is so very important to us. We feel we should inform anyone who is considering staying with us of the new working practices we will be doing to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your stay.
Needless to say, our cleaning regime will be even more stringent than it already is.  We will not just be cleaning, but sanitising all items and surfaces in the rooms as far it’s is feasible to do so in order to minimise the risk of infection.  We will be removing certain non-essential items from the rooms. These will include leaflets, which would be difficult to keep germ free. They will however be available on request.
General Information
During the guest’s stay face masks or face covering must be worn when moving around the property.
We will require contact information for NHS Track and Trace, either though the NHS Covid-19 App or by completing the Track and Trace form.
We will observe social distancing as far as is practicable while still being available for help and advice throughout, and will expect the guest to do likewise.
If help with anything at all is needed please do not hesitate to contact us, either from the room or just come and knock on our door, and we will do our very best to help within the restrictions.

Changes to Breakfast
In order to meet current government recommendations with social distancing, the dining table will have a sneeze screen down the middle.
We will offer breakfast from 07:30 until 08.30. The buffet for cereals and juices will be removed and we will serve. Cooked breakfasts are pre-ordered the night before.  A hard copy of menus will in the rooms.

Dinner menu must be pre-ordered at least four days prior to arrival. Choices will have to be emailed to
